Lift Off To Language is a speech and language programme for early years education settings. It's a booster group to help educators develop children's speech, language and communication skills. These skills can be used within a group as well as making them part of your daily routines.  This programme was developed by Bedfordshire and Luton speech and language therapists.

To become a certified Lift Off To Language practitioner you will need to complete the training and pass a quality accreditation visit. The quality accreditation visit will happen once you've completed the training.

Developing language

As children grow older, their list of words they know becomes bigger and more complicated. They learn new ways to put words together into sentences. Their understanding and comprehension of spoken, non-spoken and written communication also improves.
