How to register

To access the training, you will need to register an account.

Visit the Learning Central page

1. Click 'Click here to register'.
2. Create a user ID. Please note this cannot be changed once the account has been created.
3. Fill in your contact information (first name, last name, email address and telephone number).
4. Fill in the 'Employee information' section
   • If you are a parent:
     • Type 'parent' into job role field
     • Select your local authority
     • Type 'parent' or 'N/A' into the organisation field
     • Select 'Parent' for the establishment type field
     • Type 'N/A' into the 'In what way does your role support CBC residents?' field
   • If you are a professional:
     • Type your job role into the job role field
     • Select the local authority you are working in
     • Type the name of your organisation (40 character limit)
     • Select the type of organisation you work for in the establishment type field
     • Provide a response in the 'In what way does your role support CBC residents?' field (40 character limit)
5. Click submit

Your account request will be manually reviewed by the Learning Central team. It can take up to 2 working days for the request to be approved. The email will e-mail will come from ias@notifications.sap.com

If you do not receive an email within 2 working days, please check your junk/spam folder for the email.
