This service is for all families with children between 0 to 18 years old living in Bedfordshire and Luton. A referral is needed.

We accept referrals from health professionals, such as GPs, hospitals and the 0 to 19 team. Please read the referral guidance before completing a referral. This can be found in the referral form.
Please download and complete the referral form.
All referral forms will need to be sent with a completed 2 week bowel diary.
If any wetting or urinary symptoms are present the 2 day input/output diary will need to be completed.
Diaries must be completed by the parent or carer.
