The Bedfordshire and Luton Children’s Health HUB has been created to make contacting our services by telephone and email easier and more convenient.

There is one shared telephone number, and an email address to access some services, including: 

• Bedfordshire and Luton 0 to 19 Teams: Health Visiting and School Nursing (calls and emails)
• Bedfordshire and Luton Children's Audiology including Newborn Hearing (calls and emails)
• Bedfordshire and Luton Community Eye Service (calls and emails)
• Bedfordshire and Luton Children in Care Service (calls only)
• Bedfordshire and Luton Community Paediatrics Service (calls only)
• Bedfordshire and Luton Speech and Language Service (calls and emails)

Our trained Hub administrators will be at the end of the phone to help, advise and signpost to the correct services.

You can contact the Health Hub for support from a number of services and we can help with:

• enquires about appointments
• signposting to additional support whilst you are waiting for your appointment
• enquires from professional partners, including GP surgeries, social care and education teams
• accessing clinics
• updating your contact information

• Administrators are very skilled NHS professionals that provide all the organisational support for the clinical teams. They are also the friendly voices at the other end of the phone when contacting the service.
